By accessing or using the TechProGigs Prime website, documentation, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Specific client engineering agreements, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Work (SOWs) supersede these general terms in the event of direct conflict.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The TechProGigs Prime brand name, logos, original editorial content, architectural diagrams, and website design tokens are the exclusive property of TechProGigs Prime.
In client engineering engagements, client intellectual property (IP) is strictly owned by the client in full upon milestone settlement as specified in individual Statements of Work. TechProGigs Prime makes no claim of ownership over custom source code developed explicitly for our clients.
3. Acceptable Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Introduce malicious software, automated scraping scripts, or DDoS traffic to our infrastructure.
- Misrepresent affiliation with TechProGigs Prime or submit fraudulent project inquiries.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or breach any security mechanism protecting our network.
4. Limitation of Liability
